Delete your DevelopChess account
Use this page in the Android app or any web browser to permanently delete your account and associated data.
What will be deleted
- Your email, username, avatar, secured password, and active sign-in sessions.
- Your puzzle, Path level, leaderboard, lesson, workout, rating, Chess DNA, trophy, and progress records.
- Your connected Android devices, notification tokens, and notification preferences.
- Your connected chess usernames, imported games, Coach findings, and subscription references.
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. DevelopChess does not retain an active account profile after deletion. Short-lived infrastructure logs may remain until normal log rotation for security and abuse prevention.
Confirm permanent deletion
Enter the credentials for the account you want to delete. You do not need to reinstall or open the Android app.

Before deleting your account
Account deletion is permanent. It removes your account profile, authentication records, learning and Path progress, leaderboard entries, training history and connected notification devices. Your connected Coach data and imported games are also removed.
Sign in to the account you want to delete and follow the confirmation steps on this page. If you cannot sign in, use the password reset link first. Read the privacy policy for details about data handling and short-lived infrastructure logs.
